Physical Therapist

Sandra Zamparo, MS, PT, earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Hunter College in 1987. She continued her education and earned her Master's in Health Science in 1999 from Stony Brook University, where she subsequently served on the faculty.

Sandra held a Clinical Assistant Professor position in the physical therapy program at Stony Brook, and more recently served as an adjunct faculty member. Her focus was on clinical education, adult neurologic and orthopedic patient care, in addition to lecturing on soft-tissue and therapeutic exercise programs. Sandra also served as an assistant lecturer at Touro College teaching Evaluation and Treatment of Extremity Dysfunction.

Sandra has had the opportunity to work in multiple outpatient Physical Therapy offices, including Stony Brook’s Technology Park, and has been a facilitator in developing many clinical programs including The Vestibular Rehab program at Technology Park. She has a strong background in treating adult orthopedic and neurologic patients.

Sandra continues to treat patients privately and maintains a high level of expertise by attending continuing education courses.

She is excited to be part of Full Circle PT and enjoys making a difference in the lives of those who are in the recovery phase of breast cancer.
